Andre Roy, Automotive
Mr Roy joined the Wearnes Group as the Chief Executive Officer of SM Motors in 2000. Prior to joining SM Motors, he held various positions within Volvo Cars in Canada and Asia. His last appointment before joining SM Motors was President-Cars, Volvo East Asia (Pte) Ltd, based in Singapore. In 2008, he was appointed the Group Managing Director of Wearnes’ Automotive Division, and is responsible for the regional and local operations of the Group’s automotive businesses and all the brands it currently represents. Mr Roy has a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree from the University of Ottawa in Canada. |

Dr Lim Huat Seng, Technology
Dr Lim oversees the technology businesses as Group Managing Director. This includes Precision Engineering and Electronic Manufacturing Services. He also oversees the operations of Speedling USA and Chrontel. He is a non-executive Director of Nasdaq-listed subsidiary, Multi-Fineline Electronix, Inc. Before working at Wearnes, Dr Lim held senior positions in Compaq and Packard Bell NEC. He has a PhD in Computer Science from the University of London. He is a Colombo Plan and British Commonwealth scholar. |

John Koh, Electronic Manufacturing Services
Mr Koh is Managing Director of Wearnes Electronic Manufacturing Services. He oversees the Group's global contract manufacturing services. He started several of the Group’s plants in China and has helmed the contract manufacturing operations since 1992. Prior to joining Wearnes, Mr Koh was the General Manager at Volex (Asia) Pte Ltd. Mr Koh has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree from the University of Tennessee, USA. |

Chan Hong Wai, Manufacturing Services
Mr Chan is the Managing Director of Manufacturing Services. He manages component and contract manufacturing for the electronics industry and also precision-engineered components and sub-assemblies for the automobile and data storage industries in China, Malaysia and the UK. He graduated from National University of Singapore with a Degree in Bachelor of Science (Physics). Mr Chan brings with him more than 22 years of manufacturing experience, in wide-ranging industries such as electronics, data storage, contract manufacturing, computers and precision engineering. |

Philip Harding, Multi-Fineline Electronix, Inc (“M-FIex”)
Mr Harding has been Chairman of Multi-Fineline Electronix, Inc (MFLEX) since Dec 2003. He was the Company’s Chief Executive Officer from Jan 1988 to Mar 2008. He has more than 35 years of experience in the engineering industry, with senior positions in high technology companies such as the Remex Division of Excello Corporation and the Commercial Systems Division of E.M.M. Corporation. He holds over 25 patents and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Cooper Union College and a Master of Science degree from Columbia University. |

Reza Meshgin, Multi-Fineline Electronix, Inc (“M-FIex”)
Reza Meshgin is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Multi-Fineline Electronix Inc. (MFLEX). He joined MFLEX in Jun 1989 and became a director in Apr 2008. He was the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer from Jan 2004 to Mar 2008 and assumed his current position in Mar 2008. Previously, He had also assumed various positions as the Engineering Supervisor, Application Engineering Manager, Director of Engineering and Telecommunications Division Manager in his career at MFLEX. Mr Meshgin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Wichita State University and an MBA from University of California at Irvine. |

Pang Tak Lim, MFS Technology
Mr Pang became the Managing Director of listed subsidiary MFS in 1995, after joining the company as the operations manager three years earlier. He has more than 30 years of experience in the electronics industry, mostly in FPC/PCB-related expertise. Before joining Wearnes, Mr Pang worked at Motorola’s PCB operations and supervised the factory operations for Printed Circuits International. Mr Pang has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Pure Chemistry from the University of Singapore. |

Yeoh Hai Yeoh, Property
Mr Yeoh is the Group Managing Director for Real Estate and is responsible for managing the Group’s real estate holdings in China, Malaysia and Singapore. Prior to joining Wearnes, he was Keppel Land’s Deputy General Manager for Regional Investments in China and oversaw its expansion in China from 3 cities in 2001 to 9 cities by 2007. Mr Yeoh also headed the Malaysia, Thailand, Myanmar and Australia units during his career in Keppel Land. He also reorganized the company’s China holding structure and set up a Shanghai service and management company. Mr Yeoh obtained his Bachelor in Engineering from the University of Malaya in 1983, and his MBA in International Management from the International Management Centre of Buckingham in 1988. |

Dr Hong Decheng, Wearnes Development
Dr Hong manages the Group’s property developments and management operations in China as Group General Manager of Wearnes Development. This includes strategic planning, development, sales and property management for the Group’s varied property holdings in Shenyang, Suzhou, Shanghai, Chengdu, Chongqing and Shenzhen. Prior to joining Wearnes, Dr Hong worked with Atkins Consultants in China on business development and project management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Tsinghua University, China, and a PhD in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore. |

Royston KS Tan, Engineering & Distribution
Mr Tan has extensive experience in the automotive and equipment trade and has been with the Group for over 30 years. He used to oversee the automotive business as well but now focuses on the engineering and distribution businesses of the Group comprising of the applied engineering, distribution, mining and systems integration businesses. It includes opportunities for expansion and acquisitions. He was also Chairman of the Group’s Centennial Organising Committee which put together a year-long programme of activities including fund raising for the less fortunate. Mr Tan holds a Bachelor of Social Science from the University of Singapore and has a Masters of Science degree from the National University of Ireland. |

Steven Ong, Trading
Mr Ong joined the Wearnes Group in 1984 as an accountant. He was then the General Manager for Finance and Administration and the Company Secretary of Wearnes International (1994) Limited. In 2007, he was appointed Managing Director of the Group’s engineering and distribution businesses, which includes equipment and gas distribution, applied engineering and mining. Prior to joining Wearnes, he worked in Price Waterhouse, Singapore as Audit Senior. Mr Ong has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales, Australia and is a member of CPA(Singapore) and a fellow member of CPA(Australia). |

Leong Say Haur, O’Connor’s Holdings
Mr Leong is the Managing Director of O’Connor’s Holdings, a Wearnes subsidiary that provides system integration services. He leads all strategic and business expansion strategies into new markets and fields and joint product development with selected partners. Mr Leong is a board member of the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS). He has more than 20 years’ experience in the technology, transport and logistics industries. Mr Leong obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Finance from the University of Western Ontario, Canada. |

Dr Vivien Chiong, Corporate Communications and Investor Relations
Dr Chiong is the Group General Manager for Corporate Communications and Investor Relations, taking charge of branding, media relations, communications with the investment community and corporate social responsibility. Her communications experience spans from print journalism and broadcasting to corporate communications in both the public and private sectors. She has a Ph.D in Communication Studies from Nanyang Technological University and is an adjunct assistant professor at the Wee Kim Wee School of Communications and Information. She is also in the advisory committee of Temasek Polytechnic’s Business School. |

Jane Lim, Corporate Development
Ms Lim is the Group General Manager for Corporate Development. Her responsibilities include exploring opportunities for mergers and acquisitions, new business initiatives and divestitures. Prior to her appointment as head of Corporate Development, Ms Lim was the Group Treasurer, responsible for all treasury-related functions including cash, working capital and foreign exchange risk management. Ms Lim has 20 years' experience working in multi-national corporations such as KPMG, Hewlett-Packard and Compaq. She is an advocate and solicitor and obtained her law degree from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. |

Lim Khia Tat, Human Resources
Mr Lim is the Group General Manager for Human Resources, managing the Group’s human resource strategies to meet the organization’s needs. He has extensive regional experience in Asia working for US and European multinationals, primarily in the semiconductor, apparel, disk drive and telecommunications industries. He was previously the Regional Human Resources Director, Asia, for Kulicke & Soffa. Mr Lim holds an Honours degree in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a graduate diploma in Personnel Management from Singapore Institute of Management. He is the President, Management Committee of the Singapore Training and Development Association (STADA ), a member of the Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI) Assessment Panel for HR Accreditation and a past chairman of the Human Resources Management Congress (HRMC). |

Irene Lye, Enterprise Risk Management
Ms Lye is the Group General Manager for enterprise risk management and she is responsible for developing and implementing an enterprise-wide risk management strategy. She brings to Wearnes more than 15 years of operational experience ranging from quality assurance, supplier management, security and industrial safety and environmental protection, export control to business continuity management, disaster recovery, crisis management and enterprise risk management. Prior to joining Wearnes, she was the Director, Risk Management for Systems at Silicon Manufacturing. Irene holds a MBA (Banking and Finance) from Nanyang Technological University and a Masters of Science in Chemistry from National University of Singapore. |

Tan Swee Hong, Legal and Compliance / Company Secretary
Ms Tan is the Group’s Company Secretary and has been in charge of all legal matters since 1994. In 2006, the Group moved to strengthen its compliance and governance functions and Ms Tan was appointed Group General Manager with special responsibility over these areas, in addition to her responsibilities over the legal and corporate secretarial matters of the Group. Ms Tan joined Wearnes in 1986, having previously worked as a Legal Manager for a listed marine group in Singapore. Ms Tan graduated with an LLB (Hons) from the University of Singapore. |

Tay Pi Lan, China Operations / Chief Legal Representative
Mrs Tay oversees the development and marketing of Wearnes’ businesses in China as Group General Manager. She is also the President of Suzhou Future Agriworld and is responsible for the operations of Speedling China. Mrs Tay began her career at Wearnes in 1985 as a Marketing Executive, and became the Executive Assistant to the Group’s Executive Chairman in 1989. She was appointed General Manager in 2002 and has since supervised the Group’s China Operations. Before joining Wearnes, she worked at the Jurong Town Corporation and the National University of Singapore Society. Mrs Tay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Singapore. |

Lester Wong, Group Chief Financial Officer
Mr Wong is the Group’s Chief Financial Officer where he directs the financial activities of the Group and is responsible for financial controls, treasury, tax and the management of information technology. Before his appointment as CFO, he was the head of Corporate Development. He previously worked for the Investment Company of the People’s Republic of China and was an auditor and management consultant with Coopers & Lybrand, CPAs. He obtained his MBA from the University of Chicago. He is a non-executive Director of Wearnes’ SGX-listed subsidiary, MFS Technology and a member of ICPAS. |
