Yeoh Hai Yeoh

Mr Yeoh is the Group Managing Director for Property and is responsible for managing the Group’s property holdings and unlocking the value of Wearnes current land bank in China, Malaysia and Singapore. Prior to joining Wearnes, he was Keppel Land’s Deputy General Manager for Regional Investments in China and was responsible for its expansion in China from three cities in 2001 to nine cities by 2007. Mr Yeoh has also headed the Malaysia, Thailand, Myanmar and Australia units during the course of his career in Keppel Land. He also reorganised the company’s China holding structure and set up a Shanghai service and management company. Mr Yeoh obtained his BEng from the University of Malaya in 1983, and his MBA in International Management from the International Management Centre of Buckingham in 1988.
