Plant Manager

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible in optimizing the use of resources for better decision making for plant/production management; setting up annual goals and development strategies; providing functional leadership to the HOD team to achieve delivery, quality, productivity goals and cost control.

Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in a ODM/OEM industry.
- More than 5 years’ of relevant experience in managing a manufacturing facility.
- Strong technical and leadership qualities with good knowledge of plastic injection moulding.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese.
- A regional exposure, especially to China, will be an advantage
