Accounts Supervisor
Business Unit: Wearnes Automotive & Equipment (WAE)
Location: Singapore, Leng Kee Road
Key Responsibilities
- Perform supervisory duties in AP and other accounting duties
- Ensure all payments are properly supported and authorized
- Review reconciliation of suppliers’ statements of accounts
- Review monthly suppliers’ ageing
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Min. 5 years’ relevant working experience
Accounts Assistant
Business Unit: Wearnes Automotive & Equipment (WAE)
Location: Singapore, Leng Kee Road
Key Responsibilities
- Handle partial set of accounts and other accounting duties
- Ensure timely month-end closing
Requirements
- LCCI Book-keeping/Accounting
- Min. 2 years’ relevant working experience
Brand Finance Executive
Business Unit: Wearnes Automotive & Equipment (WAE)
Location: Singapore, Leng Kee Road
Key Responsibilities
- Assist brand general manager with business planning
- Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports
- Provide financial/accounting advice
- Ensure compliance of internal controls and financial standards
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Accountancy
- Min. 3 years’ relevant working experience in a similar capacity or audit background
- Excellent analytical skills, coupled with good business acumen
- Effective communicator and good team player
Application System Support Executive
Business Unit: Wearnes Automotive & Equipment (WAE)
Location: Singapore, Leng Kee Road
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support for Kerridge Autoline System
- Be involved in business application projects
- Provide backup support in the area of network and PC/Software
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in IT or Compute Science
- Min. 2 years’ relevant experience preferably with Kerridge system support
- Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Willing to work beyond the normal office hours
