- GCE ‘O’ level and above
- Min. 5 years’ relevant experience in customer service with at least 2 years in supervisory role
- Exemplary customer service and leadership skills
- Willing to work retail operation hours
Technical Executive

- Resolve technical issues
- Manage and implement effective processes to minimise return jobs
- Liaise with principal on product and technical issues
- Assist with training of workshop technicians

Technicians

- NTC2/NITEC in MVM or equivalent
- Min. 2 years’ experience in car servicing/repair works

Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Manage demonstration car fleet
- Monitor movement of cars/car keys
- Inspect new cars upon arrival to showroom and before delivery to customers
- Perform other operational duties in the Sales Department

- Good knowledge of cars (bodywork and parts)
