Sales Manager

You will be responsible for the sales and marketing of security and surveillance products and services, establishing and managing effective partnership with principals and business partners; identifying sales opportunities and proposing effective strategies to develop and optimize sales. Requirements
- Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering preferred
- At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in similar discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Matured, out going and willing to travel
- Dynamic, resourceful and result-oriented team player with strong leadership skills

Location: Singapore
Key Responsibilities
Your role is to assist O’Connor’s channel team and direct account team with all technical aspects of the desktop provisioning solution. You will be required to participate in the sales, marketing and pre-deployment of the solution with partners and customers.

Creation and maintenance of technical materials

Assist partners with the scoping, proposing, positioning and marketing of desktop provisioning solution

Creating and managing proposals with the channels and direct team

Participate in events, shows and provide on-site assistance

Requirements

MCITP, MCSE equivalent or higher

Good understanding of complex solution definition

Experience with wide range of server and desktop hardware

Posses some project management skills and familiarity with Microsoft project

Sound Knowledge of both Windows Desktop & Server infrastructure

Sound experience in desktop management with Active Directory in medium and large enterprise environments

Competent speaker with good presentation skills

Must be able to assist with the formulation of sales proposals and be familiar with responding to RFP/RFI

Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel

Experience with training technical personnel

Familiarity with networking and storage technology infrastructure

Enterprise management solutions including Altiris, Microsoft SMS, Tivoli, Citrix

Business Unit: O'Connor's – Security & Surveillance
Location: Singapore
Key Responsibilities
You will provide technical support in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance work in the Security and Surveillance Unit. Other responsibilities include on-site equipment installation, testing and commissioning, liaising with principals or suppliers for spare parts and technical issues as well as conducting product demonstration to customers.
Requirements
- Diploma in Computer or Electronics Engineering and its equivalent.
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar environment.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast paced and performance driven environment is essential.
- Candidate will be scheduled for on-call support rotation.
Business Unit: O'Connor's – Security & Surveillance
Location: Singapore
Key Responsibilities
You will provide solution and technical level advice to sales teams in sales planning and during customer meetings, prepare quotations and tenders, liaise with principals, suppliers and sub-contractors to configure systems proposal as called for in tender specifications. In addition, you will develop and deliver presentations and product demonstration to customers as and when necessary. This is a technical solution focused role requiring a good understanding of the software and hardware environments for CCTV or networked cameras system.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering preferred
- At least 3 years of experience, preferably in similar discipline. Candidates with more years of experience will be considered for the Solution Consultant's role
- Good presentation, written and verbal skills
- Independent, self-motivated and results-driven
- Capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast paced performance oriented environment
- Proficiency in solution architecture and design, and proposal write up
- Good knowledge on the key features of the CCTV / Networked Video / Security Camera / Video Management product in the market
- Sound networking knowledge (Internet Protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, Network Architecture etc)
