QA/QC Inspector

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect all incoming parts
- Ensure proper control of all gauges used for inspection
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports on incoming inspection
Requirements
- Technician Certificate or Diploma in Quality Assurance or equivalent
- QA / QC working experience in Marine / Oil & Gas industry is highly preferred
Design Manager
Business Unit: Applied Engineering Pte Ltd
Location: Singapore, 46 Tuas Road
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible in managing the Design Department, comprising a team of design engineers and draftsmen. You will also required to plan, direct and co-ordinate design activities for each project to ensure timely submission of design calculations and fabrication drawings. You will need to review & approve technical documents generated by Design Department. Other responsibilities includes provide technical assistance in problem solving during design stage and project in progress. You will also be responsible for company's computer network & liaise with Corporate IT and external vendors for IT related matters.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- More than 5 years of track record in the oil & gas industry, with a few years of managerial experience
- Direct work experience in pressure vessels companies would be advantageous
- Well versed in American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) codes, BSI’s PD 5500 standards, The Tubular Exchanger Manufacturers Association (Tema) standards, and International AP1650 codes
- Able to lead, communicate effectively with prospects and internal departments, meticulous, familiar with CAD/CAM & other Design technology
